Rad51 Composition and Method for enhancing developmental rate of embryos using Rad51 activator

One aspect provides: a method for increasing the efficiency of somatic cell nuclear transfer by using a substance (RS-1) for increasing Rad51 activity; and a somatic cell nuclear transferred cell produced thereby. Another aspect provides a method for screening a substance for increasing Rad51 activities in order to increase the efficiency of somatic cell nuclear transfer. The efficiency of somatic cell nuclear transfer may be increased by using the substance for increasing Rad51 activities.
