The present invention relates to a control system for an ATO operating vehicle, a railway vehicle including the same, and a control method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control system for an ATO operating vehicle comprises: an on-vehicle signaling device for receiving an ATO profile pattern command commanded from a ground signal system and transmitting to a train integrated control device; a train integrated control device for transmitting the ATO profile pattern command received from the on-vehicle signaling device to a propulsion control device and transmitting a real-time control pattern command for each section received from the propulsion control device to the on-vehicle signaling device; and the propulsion control device for calculating an optimal driving pattern according to the received real-time control pattern command for each section and transmitting the real-time control pattern command for each ATO section according to the optimal driving pattern.
