The present invention relates to a hair transplanting device having a plurality of needle channels arranged radially. According to one embodiment, disclosed is a hair transplanting device which comprises: a needle channel bundle (1000) having a cylindrical central shaft (100) and a plurality of needle channels (200) coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the central shaft in a slidable manner; a first driving motor (300) coupled to a central axis of the central shaft (100) to rotate the needle channel bundle by a predetermined angle; and a push driver (500) disposed above the first driving motor and configured to push one needle channel at a predetermined position downward.
