The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing immunity of plants comprising a Chlorella sp. microalgal culture filtrate as an active ingredient and, more specifically to a culture solution of the Chlorella sp. microalgae or a culture filtrate thereof, which induces resistance to plant pathogens depending on signaling mechanisms of salicylic acid and jasmonic acid, wherein the Chlorella sp. microalgal culture filtrate has a significantly superior resistance induction effect compared to the culture solution of the Chlorella sp. microalgae. Thus, the Chlorella sp. microalgal culture filtrate which incurring huge disposal costs as an environmentally friendly crop protection agent.
