The present invention relates to an underwater beta-ray sensor structure and an underwater beta-ray continuous detection system including the same capable of rapidly detecting whether a water system such as a river or the like in real-time is contaminated by beta-rays. According to one type of the present invention, provided is the underwater beta-ray sensor structure comprising a casing in which at least one side is opened and forming a space therein, a sensor body mounted on an opening side of the casing inner space and measuring beta-rays, and a window which closes the opening to achieve watertightness of the inner space of the casing and formed so as to transmit beta-rays. The sensor body comprises a thin-plate scintillator, a light receiving sensor for sensing light generated from the scintillator, and a light guide installed between the scintillator and the light receiving sensor to guide light generated from the scintillator to the light receiving sensor.
