The present invention relates to an in-situ compatibilization manufacturing process of a TPU alloy material, wherein the chemical bonding of a TPU material with other materials, such as polyolefins, TPEs or polyamides, through the introduction of a dual active material during the manufacturing process. In addition, the alloy materials produced are not only excellent in mechanical properties, wear resistance, chemical resistance, low temperature performance, ease of processing, etc., but also at the same time. Coupling performance with other materials can also be improved, extending the application of the TPU.
