How to Treat PrLr Positive Breast Cancer

Provided herein are methods for treating prolactin receptor positive breast cancer using an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) comprising an anti-PRLR antibody conjugated to a cytotoxic agent or an antigen binding fragment thereof. In certain embodiments, the anti-PRLR antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof is conjugated to maytansinoids. In certain embodiments, the method of treating PRLR positive breast cancer comprises administering ADC in combination with one or more chemotherapeutic agents.
