The database management server (130) comprises a mentor database, a mentee database, a game database, a character database, a quest database, and a personal information database. In accordance with user′s selection on a screen of a portable terminal (1-1, ... , 1-N) or a personal PC terminal (2-1, ... , 2-N), the operation program storage unit (140) provides a user interface screen capable of providing an on-line/off-line linked functional game, non-battle growth functional game, helping functional game, and various mentor functional games to provide a scholarship, cherished thing, or a meeting with a star or mentor.
