CAULKING HEAD ASSEMBLY WITH HYDRAULIC UNIT AND CAULKING MACHINE USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a caulking head assembly for simplifying configuration and control of a hydraulic unit, and a caulking machine using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the caulking machine is provided to enable a cover component sealing an opening portion to be caulked in a body component in which the opening portion is formed to be filled with contents. The caulking machine comprises: a base portion; a mounting portion installed on an upper surface of the base portion to enable the body component and the cover component to be mounted thereon; a support portion spaced apart from the mounting portion to be installed on the upper surface of the base portion; a press portion mounted at an upper end of the support portion to enable the cover component to be caulked in the body component by reciprocating movement performed by hydraulic pressure; a caulking head portion installed in the press portion to reciprocate with the reciprocating movement of the press portion and enabling the cover component to be in close contact with the body component by reciprocating movement performed separately from the reciprocating movement of the press portion; and a hydraulic control circuit portion controlling hydraulic pressure provided to the press portion and the caulking head portion.
