The present invention relates to a vacuum glass sealing device which can maintain a high production yield and a vacuum glass manufacturing method. The sealing device comprises: a vacuum chamber; a dispenser disposed inside the vacuum chamber; and a support disposed inside the vacuum chamber, wherein the support has a heater built therein to heat a tempered glass seated, and the dispenser discharges a sealing material in a molten state between the two tempered glasses while moving along a predetermined path.
