The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nano-porous metal structure by an electrophoretic deposition method, which comprises: a first step of preparing a precursor solution by mixing a polymer, a metal precursor, and a solvent; a second step of preparing a colloidal solution by adding a reducing agent to the precursor solution and enabling a metal ion in the precursor solution to be colloidal; a third step of immersing an FTO transparent substrate in the colloidal solution and then, depositing a polymer and a metal particle on an electrode through an electrophoretic deposition method; and a fourth step of heat treating the polymer at 300-600°C to burn out the polymer.
