The present invention relates to a hospital and tourist destination recommendation system for foreigners. According to the present invention, the hospital and tourist destination recommendation system for foreigners comprises: a hospital data server storing hospital data generated by combining at least one of a hospital identification mark and a foreign language available for hospital treatment, a medical course, a hospital reservation timetable, or a hospital location; and a user terminal comparing hospital requirement condition data set by a user and location data of the user detected in real time with the hospital data stored in the hospital data server and recommending a plurality of hospitals and a plurality of tourist destinations associated with the plurality of hospitals according to a result of the comparison.
