The present invention relates to a food composition for promoting insulin secretion of a puffed product in which starch is mixed with Phyllostachys nigra leaves, rice germ and/or refined rice bran. A puffed food composition in which a mixture obtained by blending rice germ and/or refined rice bran into the dried product of Phyllostachys nigra leaves and corn starch is puffed has an excellent effect of enabling to be provided in a formulation of cereals, baby foods, or sunsik (powder made of mixed grains).
