The present invention provides a magnetic probe holder of an ultrasonic flaw detector for nondestructive inspection, which maintains a vertical state of a probe (14) connected to an ultrasonic flaw detector body (10) with a cable (12) and closely attaches a detection surface (18) disposed on the lower surface thereof to a surface of an object (16) to be inspected. According to the present invention, the holder (20) comprises: a non-magnetic cylindrical body (24) having a cylindrical probe insertion hole (22) formed at the center and having a flat lower surface (28) formed around the probe insertion hole (22); several magnets (32) buried in the flat lower surface (24) of the cylindrical body (24) at equal intervals; and several fixing screws (36) screw-coupled to several screw holes (34) formed toward the probe insertion hole (22) around the cylindrical body (24) at equal intervals to allow the detection surface (18) of the probe (14) inserted into the probe insertion hole (22) to be fixed when being put on the same plane as the flat lower surface (28) of the cylindrical body (24) to allow the detection surface (28) to be closely attached to the surface of the object to be inspected.
