The present invention relates to an image compensation device for matching a virtual space and a real space and an image matching system using the same. The image compensation device includes a reference image module which generates reference image information, which is an image corresponding to a reference position information, when the position information of an object with respect to a screen detected in a real space includes the reference position information which is a preset reference position; a change image module which generates change image information, which is an image corresponding to change position information, when the reference position is changed to the change position by the movement of the object and the change position information for this is detected; and a compensation module which compares the reference position information with the change position information to generate compensation information as a result value, and generates compensation image information generated by reflecting the compensation information to the change image information.
