Provided is a dh-ECM manufacturing method, comprising the steps of: (A) dropping cells from a cell sheet using a nonionic dropping solution to obtain a decellularized human extracellular matrix (dh-ECM) sheet; (B) removing the nonionic dropping solution from the obtained dh-ECM sheet, washing the dh-ECM sheet with phosphate buffer saline, and immersing the washed dh-ECM sheet in phosphate buffered saline containing sucrose; (C) freeze drying the dh-ECM sheet in which sucrose is immersed; and (D) powdering the freeze-dried dh-ECM sheet.
