The present invention provides a method for providing a real-time content selling service by setting a content right for copyright protection. According to the present invention, the method for providing a real-time content selling service comprises the steps of: registering content including an image or a video from a copyright holder terminal; receiving buyer conditions for the distribution or viewing of the registered content; confirming whether a buyer terminal satisfies the buyer conditions when requesting the distribution or viewing of the content from the buyer terminal; requesting payment of an amount corresponding to a distribution right or a view right for the distribution or viewing when it is determined that the buyer conditions are satisfied; and controlling an output of the content in real time to distribute or view the content in the buyer terminal when the payment is completed.
