The present invention relates to an integrated production process management system utilizing standard data and a production process management method using the system. More specifically, in performing each of processes, the present invention generally and integratedly manages a production process, defines standard data, utilizes the standard data, and compares and analyzes row data of a production line and the standard data in real time to automatically operate the production line by the standard data when the row data is out of an allowable range of the standard data so as to enable efficient production line management such as always optimum productivity and the like. Moreover, when a worker or a client company having an authenticated mobile device approaches facilities of the production line, overall information of the production line can be monitored and selectively controlled and convenience in use is given.
