Disaster Warning System Core Technologies for Local Heavy Rain Damage Prevention based on Android Smart Phone

The present invention describes core technology of a disaster notification system for preventing local heavy rain damage based on an android smartphone. Based on the fact that local heavy rain weather forecasts are virtually impossible for meteorological shadow areas such as domestic administrative units (such as a Dong, Li, Eup, and Myeon), which are outside the measuring range of measuring equipment for meteorological observation of the meteorological administration, the disaster notification system uses a local heavy rain prediction server and an android smartphone to predict weather for small local heavy rain and to cope with local heavy rain by collecting information on a sudden weather change and heavy rain. The technology is an alternative to the installation of expensive meteorological administration equipment in a small area from an economic point of view, wherein positions of many smartphone users and barometric pressure measurement modules can be utilized, and more accurate information can be collected as more subscribers are in a particular area, thereby improving the accuracy of weather forecasting using the same.
