The present invention relates to a unit plate for a water tank and a connection method of a base frame and the same and, more specifically, to a unit plate for a water tank and a connection method of a base frame and the same which form a synthetic resin layer of a glass fiber reinforced plastic material capable of quickly and easily coupling a unit plate for a water tank and a base frame without using welding or bolting on a base plate of a stainless steel material having excellent stiffness and being harmless to a human body to greatly improve stiffness and prevent corrosion which can be caused in case of coupling by welding and bolting. According to the present invention, the unit plate for a water tank comprises: a base plate of a metallic material formed in a plate shape with a prescribed size, and provided with a coupling groove formed on one surface thereof; and a synthetic resin layer layered on a surface on which the coupling groove of the base plate is formed. Also, according to the present invention, the connection method of a base frame and a unit plate for a water tank couples a base frame of a metallic material and a unit plate of a water tank formed by continuously coupling a plurality of unit plates for a water tank to the base frame, and comprises: a step of preparing a unit plate for a water tank; a step of coating a synthetic resin material on one surface of a base frame forming a frame of a water tank and being formed in an H-shape, a C-shape, or a T-shape; and a step of coupling one side of the unit plate for a water tank to the coated synthetic resin material to couple the unit plate for a water tank and the base frame to each other by hardening the synthetic resin material.
