The present invention relates to an online patent administration office automation platform server. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an online patent administration office automation platform server comprises: an authentication unit of authenticating a master terminal and one or more partner terminals subrogating patent works of the master terminal; a data management unit of managing patent information input in a data sheet of the master terminal from the partner terminals; an alarming unit of transmitting alarming information to web pages or mobile pages of the data sheet which the master terminal accesses when the data sheet is renewed; and a control unit of generating an automatic voice alarming call to a mobile phone number of a designed person in charge on a predetermined account of the master terminal according to a response signal with respect to the alarming information within the predetermined time from the master terminal. Accordingly, a progressing process can be rapidly reported from a patent attorney′s office to a customer through office automation with respect to a patent application.
