The present invention relates to a composition containing an extract of Eriobotrya japonica, comprising 32 to 37 wt% of the extract of Eriobotrya japonica; 12 to 17 wt% of a Kalopanax pictus extract; 12 to 17 wt% of a Sapindus mukorossi extract; 11 to 16 wt% of a Dendropanax morbiferus extract; 18 to 23 wt% of a Gleditsia sinensis extract; 0.3 to 0.7 wt% of a Ganoderma lingzhi extract; and 0.3 to 0.7 wt% of a Taxus cuspidata fruit extract. The present invention has an effect of preventing diseases and aging by developing and taking various tree extract compositions associated with a specific disease or aging.
