Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a ceramic-polymer composite resin having excellent dispersion stability and high viscoelastic behavior to improve mechanical properties, by utilizing a silane coupling agent in which various organic functional groups are bonded to the same inorganic functional group. The ceramic-polymer composite resin manufacturing method having excellent dispersion stability and mechanical properties according to the present invention includes the steps of: (a) mixing a silane coupling agent having an organic functional group bonded to an inorganic functional group of a methoxy group in a solvent to form a coating solution; (b) adding a ceramic powder to the coating solution to form a ceramic mixture; (c) hydrothermally synthesizing the ceramic mixture to coat the surface of the ceramic powder with the silane coupling agent to which the organic functional group is bound; and (d) forming a ceramic-polymer composite resin by mixing the ceramic powder coated with the silane coupling agent combined with the organic functional group with a photocurable liquid resin.
