The present invention relates to a patch that is attached to oral mucosa to provide an anesthesia effect. More specifically, the present invention relates to an oral patch for anesthesia which comprises an adhesive layer that is attached to oral mucosa to release an anesthetic drug and a support supply layer which supports the adhesive layer and supplies a drug to the adhesive layer after a certain time after the patch is attached to oral mucosa, thereby being able to continuously release the anesthetic drug.
