A METHOD FOR PREPARING A COATING COMPOSITION HAVING IMPROVED LIGHT TRANSMITTANCE AND ANTI-STATIC FUNCTIONS AND LIGHT REFLECTION REDUCTION FUNCTIONS AND A COATING FILME USING THE COATING COMPOSITION PREPARED BY THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method of preparing a coating composition, a coating composition prepared thereby, and a coating film manufactured by coating the coating composition on a polymer resin material. The method of the present invention comprises: a step (S1) of preparing a silicate sol by adding a colloidal silica dispersion to a solution including water-soluble ethyl silicate obtained by hydrolyzing tetraethoxysilane with an acid catalyst; a step (S2) of preparing an oxide sol by mixing an aqueous metal oxide particle solution with the colloidal silica dispersion; and a step (S3) of polymerizing a mixture obtained by mixing the silicate sol with the oxide sol, wherein light transmittance of the coating composition is improved by anti-reflective (AR) properties, and antifouling function of the coating composition is improved by an antistatic (AS) and fractal layer structure. The present invention can manufacture a coating composition of which light transmittance is improved by the AR properties and antifouling function is improved by the AS and fractal layer structure, and a coating film which improves light transmittance by coating the coating composition on the polymer resin material, thereby reducing reflectivity of the surface of the polymer resin material, and can prevent fouling by having an antistatic function and minimizing adhesion of fine dust to a surface layer of a fractal structure.
