According to the present invention, a handover method of a terminal included in a mobile backhaul system comprises the steps of: transmitting a measurement result report for a target base station according to a measurement setting received from a source base station to the source base station; receiving, according to the measurement result report, configuration information of a handover indication signal from the source base station which initiates a handover preparation procedure with the target base station; and receiving a synchronization signal of the target base station, determining a handover to the target base station based on the received synchronization signal, and transmitting the handover indication signal according to the configuration information to the source base station. Accordingly, a handover failure rate can be reduced in a millimeter wave band-based mobile backhaul system for a high-speed mobbing object moving along a predetermined line.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
