The present invention discloses socks using cotton coating rubber yarns in which a sock body is provided with an outer yarn made of a cotton yarn and an inner yarn made of a rubber yarn coated with the cotton yarn so that the sock body has elasticity as a whole. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the sock body flows from an ankle of a wearer even if a band part is not provided to hold the ankle of a wearer, to greatly improve wearability of socks since the sock body is closely attached and worn to a foot of the wearer. In addition, since a cotton-coated rubber yarn is in contact with the skin of the wearer, it is possible to prevent atopic dermatitis or skin allergic diseases caused by skin trouble.
