Embodiments relate to a DC-based power supply system for a ship capable of bipolar DC distribution, which has one or more distribution boards. The distribution board includes: a power generation unit outputting a direct current; a main bus having a second cable route receiving the direct current from the power generation unit and having a reference voltage, a first cable route having a predetermined higher voltage than the reference voltage, and a third cable route having a predetermined lower voltage than the reference voltage; and a load unit having one or more motors supplied with power from the main bus, wherein the load unit can be electrically connected to at least two of the first cable route to the third cable route.
