According to the present invention, IoT-based smart chopsticks for a healthcare service are disclosed. The smart chopsticks for healthcare comprises: a rod-shaped housing in which a through hole is provided to open one end and the other end; an external switch provided at one end; an opening and closing stopper provided at the other end and, opening the other end in a state in which the external switch is pushed, and closing the other end when the external switch returns to an original state from the pushed state; and a sensor unit installed in the housing and having a sensor pole measuring electrical conductivity and temperature.
