According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium for recording one or more non-discrete spectrum analysis programs for laser spectroscopy-based lesion tissue detection. The lesion tissue detection method comprises a step for determining whether or not there is a lesion tissue by means of applying a learning model for lesion tissue detection to a non-discrete spectrum measurement result. The non-discrete spectrum measurement result is a result of the measurement of the spectrum with respect to all generated lights generated from the instant a laser is radiated on a sample and generated lights are generated to the point at which generated lights are no longer generated. Thus, lesions can be detected more accurately through the non-discrete spectrum measurement and the machine learning based lesion tissue detection method.
