According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method of providing a content collecting and sharing service based on emotions of a user includes the following steps of: (a) receiving monitoring data from a user terminal generating the monitoring data by receiving biometric information of a user in real time from a biometric information collector; and (b) generating image content combined with a plurality of pre-received monitoring data in accordance with a request for sharing from the user terminal, and uploading the generated image content into a platform server which a plurality of other user terminals can access. The monitoring data include data made by capturing content comprising at least one among a text, an image and a video, or data related with an image taken through a camera connected with the user terminal.
