The present invention relates to a thermo-hygrometer for adjusting an indoor environment into target temperature and humidity, and a control method thereof. The thermo-hygrometer can control other home appliances by using IoT environment via 5G communication networks, and can estimate a control method of the other home appliances by using machine learning of artificial intelligence. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thermo-hygrometer for adjusting an indoor environment can comprise: a sensor unit for sensing at least one of temperature and humidity; a communication unit for communicating with external devices; a memory in which information on at least a portion of home appliances arranged indoors is stored; and a control unit generating a control signal for controlling at least a portion of the home appliances to adjust the indoor environment based on the information on the temperature and humidity sensed at least by the sensor unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
