According to the present invention, disclosed are a fuzzing system for verifying security/quality of a controller area network (CAN) device and a fuzzing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fuzzing system for verifying security/quality of a CAN device comprises: a CAN protocol definer for defining a CAN protocol of a CAN device to be tested; a protocol feature extractor for extracting a protocol feature from the defined CAN protocol; a fuzzing data generator for generating fuzzing data for each fuzzing item by matching the extracted protocol feature with a predefined fuzzing item; and a fuzzing analyzer for analyzing the generated fuzzing data for each fuzzing item and generating a report as a result of the analysis.
