Fluorenylaminoketone photoinitiators, methods for their preparation, and UV photocurable compositions containing them are disclosed. Photoinitiators include a compound having a structure as represented by general formula (I) or a derivative compound thereof. Fluorenylaminoketone photoinitiators provided in the present invention can effectively improve the solubility of conventional photoinitiators, reduce the use of micromolecule active diluents, and also have high sensitivity and excellent depth hardening effects. This has a very good enhancement effect in the diffusion and application of photocurable compositions, in particular colored ink systems, in the field of photocuring. UV photocurable compositions containing fluorenylaminoketone photoinitiators of the present invention are not only highly sensitive, no residue after development, good pattern integrity and no or little odor of the coating layer after curing, It has the advantage of excellent yellowing resistance.
