The present invention relates to a method for installing a ceiling-mounted LED lamp, which comprises: a groove forming step of installing a case (100) in a ceiling and forming a groove (10) in the case (100); a metal plate attachment step of attaching a metal plate to the rear surface of the groove (10); a member installation step of installing left and right members (31, 32) on left and right sides of the metal plate (20), respectively; an MDF panel attachment step of attaching an MDF panel (40) on the front surface of the groove (10) except an LED hole; an LED installation step of installing an LED module (50) on the front surface of the metal plate (20) in the groove (10); and an acrylic cover attachment step of installing a cover (60) on the front side of the LED module (50). Accordingly, the present invention provides simplified installation, aesthetic appearance, convenient maintenance, and a remarkably reduced defect rate.
