The present invention relates to a device and a method for a functional test among internal devices of a car using a CAN/LIN integrated module, and to a system thereof. The device for a functional test among internal devices of a car comprises: a CAN controller periodically and repeatedly transmitting inspection data, which are required for inspection of internal devices in a car transmitting and receiving data through CAN communication and are periodically repeated based on a controller area network (CAN) communication protocol, to the internal devices of a car to be inspected, and receiving inspection result data outputted from the internal devices of a car; a LIN controller periodically and repeatedly transmitting inspection data, which are required for inspection of the internal devices in a car transmitting and receiving data through LIN communication and are based on a local interconnect network (LIN) communication protocol, to the internal devices of a car to be inspected, and receiving inspection result data outputted from the internal devices of a car; and a control unit receiving inspection order and the inspection data for the internal devices of a car from a control PC, generating identification information (ID) of the internal devices of a car and the periodic and repeated inspection data corresponding to the ID, transmitting the ID and the inspection data to the CAN controller or the LIN controller, receiving the inspection result data from the devices to be inspected, and transmitting the same to the control PC. Therefore, the device for a functional test among internal devices of a car can provide a scheduling function, thereby preventing inspection failures and increasing processing efficiency.
