Embodiments of the present invention relate to an emergency patient management system and an emergency patient management method using a mobile device and a tag, which is executed by the emergency patient management system. The emergency patient management method using a mobile device and a tag comprises the steps of: receiving, from a first medical institution terminal, a unique identification number for a tag attached to a patient in case of emergency; inputting, into an emergency management tool, the received unique identification number and a location at which the emergency occurs; receiving, from a second medical institution terminal, patient information and transport information on the patient related to the unique identification number, and inputting the received information into the emergency management tool; and receiving, from a third medical institution terminal, treatment information and transport information on the patient, and inputting the received information into the emergency management tool. The emergency management tool can identify each patient based on the unique identification number acquired by enabling each medical institution terminal to recognize the tag.
