The present invention relates to a method for strengthening offline identification means authentication for an online service configured with an offline identification means, an offline identification means registration program, and an offline identification means authentication system, and to a computer-readable storage medium related thereto. The method for strengthening offline identification means authentication for an online service comprises the steps of: installing an offline identification means in an offline store; executing the offline identification means registration program to collect identification information through recognition of the offline identification means; collecting location information from a mobile device of a manager at the same time; delivering the collected identification information and location information to an offline identification means authentication system; and matching and storing the identification information and the location information received from the offline identification means registration program.
