Disclosed is a building material having a dew condensation prevention function and a buffering function, which comprises: a panel member formed to constitute matters of a building material; an adhesive layer applied onto a surface of the panel member; and a fabric layer formed by densely planting a plurality of yarns in an upright state on the adhesive layer. Accordingly, the fabric layer is formed by planting the plurality of yarns in an upright state on the surface of the panel member via the adhesive layer, thereby preventing dew condensation generated on the surface of the panel member and securing a buffering structure with respect to temporary external shocks to secure stability.
