According to the present invention, a funding system using initial coin offering (ICO) comprises: terminals of a plurality of member companies transmitting funding application information to one integrated brokerage server; the one integrated brokerage server examining the respective funding application information received from the terminals of the plurality of member companies, and performing the ICO by publishing white papers of the member companies which have passed the examination and disclosing a source code necessary for issuing and operating cryptocurrencies; and a virtual currency exchange allowing funds to be raised by trading the cryptocurrencies disclosed in the integrated brokerage server with an investor terminal and converting the traded cryptocurrencies into cash. The cryptocurrencies disclosed in the integrated brokerage server are integrated cryptocurrencies common to the terminals of the plurality of member companies. The present invention can increase stability of investment.
