The present invention relates to a multi-functional BIPV double facade system. To this end, the multi-functional BIPV double facade system comprises: a double facade unit having an opening/closing photovoltaic (PV) frame installed on a non-window region disposed on an external wall of a building and between layers and a sunshade installed on a window region disposed on the external wall of a building; a control unit configured to control the PV frame and the sunshade by an illumination sensor installed inside the building and a GPS module installed outside the building, and dim the LED light according to the amount of light incident on the window region of the building; and an ESS distribution unit configured to store PV energy generated in the PV frame, supply the energy to each unit, and supply surplus energy to a KEPCO switchboard. The double facade unit can be ventilated according to the degree of opening and closing of the PV frame, the PV frame can be opened and closed, and further, tilted according to an altitude and an azimuth of the sun and a direction of external wind, thereby increasing the amount of power generation and ventilation efficiency.
