To this end, the present invention provides the sleepy driving accident prevention system using a sleepiness prevention steering wheel, comprising: the piezoelectric element unit generating electricity by pressurization; an electrical stimulus generation unit generating an electrical stimulus to the outside by receiving the electricity generated by the piezoelectric element unit; and a steering wheel cover fitted on the steering wheel of the vehicle to transmit the electrical stimulus to the hands of the driver through the electrical stimulus generation unit when the driver presses the piezoelectric element unit.
