Disclosed is a sludge treatment apparatus of a sewage terminal treatment plant having a composite deodorization filter layer. The sludge treatment apparatus of sewage terminal treatment plant according to the present invention comprises: a pair of dry papers arranged in parallel; a T-shaped sludge conveyor for selectively transporting and dropping the sludge introduced from the outside to any one of the pair of dry papers; and a driving unit and a rotary blade for stirring and spreading the sludge of each dry paper or moving the sludge to a discharge port. At the time, the air discharged from the interior of a drying chamber is deodorized through the composite deodorization filter layer having a two-layer structure of a microorganism filter medium and an activated carbon filter medium and then discharged to the outside air.
