The present invention provides a ship with an underwater fishing lamp, comprising: a ship main body (1); a holder (210) provided on a side portion of the ship main body (1); a light source main body (110) provided on the ship main body (1); an optical fiber cable (130) connected to the light source main body (110); and a rod-shaped light bar (150) connected to the optical fiber cable (130) and provided on the holder (210), thereby being easy for separation of the fishing lamp from the ship so that cleaning and repairing are easy and being provided with only a part of the fishing lamp under the water to prevent failure so that a lifespan becomes longer.
