The present invention relates to a method for separating a core steel form from a concrete structure, which extremely reduces damage to a concrete structure and efficiently separates a core steel form for a short period. The method comprises: a demolding device preparation step (S10) of preparing a demolding device; a concrete structure arrangement step (S20) of placing a concrete structure in the demolding device; a forward and backward moving step (S30) of moving a pressure plate of the demolding device forward and backward; a horizontal moving step (S40) of moving the pressure plate in a horizontal direction; a pressure plate moving step (S50) of driving a hydraulic cylinder to move the pressure plate downward; and a pressurizing and demolding step (S60) of continuously moving the pressure plate to pressurize the core steel form in the concrete structure, and demolding the same.
