A disaster detection circuit generates a first pulse generated based on a change amount of an analog data value and having a magnitude adjusted based on the weight, and generates a comparison result by comparing the magnitude of the first pulse with a first threshold value. The weight is determined by learning based on the first pulse and is related to a change in accordance with a reference pattern of the analog data value.
