The present invention relates to a sweet and sour fried pollack roasted with a charcoal using a turmeric powder recipe, which is helpful in improving various symptoms related to a stomach, and to a method for preparing the same. The method of the present invention comprises: a step of roasting a pollack with a charcoal; a step of grinding a roasted pollack in a grinder; a step of seasoning the pollack; a molding step; a glazing step; a roasting step; and a completion step.
