Disclosed is a low temperature dryer using solar heat and geothermal heat. The double-layer glass with a solar cell is installed on the roof of the dryer, and the outside air is introduced and circulates underneath the same. At the same time, the low temperature dryer introduces and circulates hot air warmed by using a geothermal heat of 10 to 35°C to an inner lower part of the dryer by an underground heat exchanger device employing a heat exchanger pipe buried in the ground. Accordingly, the low temperature dryer can dry crops with high efficiency, thereby being economical and environmentally friendly. A horizontal auger (20) is disposed inside the low temperature dryer. On the radial outer surface of a rotating shaft (21) of the horizontal auger (20), a plurality of wings (22) in contact with agricultural products to convey the agricultural products in the transverse direction are formed to protrude in a spiral. The horizontal auger (20) is driven to rotate by a drive motor (24). A solar power generator (100) is installed on the roof of the low temperature dryer. A glass plate (114) is installed on an upper surface of a solar cell module (110) in which a plurality of solar cells (130) are embedded. Between an inner upper surface of a main body and an upper guide plate (16), a first air flow path (P1) for warming the outside air by solar heat while circulating the outside air is defined. Between an inner lower surface of the main body and a lower guide plate (18), a second air flow path (P2) for circulating the air heated by geothermal heat is defined. An underground heat exchanger device (200) for providing the air heated by the geothermal heat toward the second air flow path (P2) includes a heat exchange pipe (210) made of a long zigzag-shaped pipe so as to efficiently obtain the heat of the ground.
