An objective of the present invention is to provide a seawater desalination plant integrated with a seawater battery, which is capable of autonomously generating the chemical substances required in the seawater desalination process by using by-products generated during existing charging/discharging process of a seawater battery unit as chemical substances consumed in a seawater desalination process. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the seawater desalination plant includes: a seawater desalination process unit in which the salt-containing influent is treated into salt-removed produced water and salt-concentrated concentrated water by passing through a reverse osmosis process; a produced water storage tank which is connected to the seawater desalination process unit and in which produced water discharged from the seawater desalination process unit is stored; and the seawater battery unit which is connected to the seawater desalination process unit and the produced water storage tank to generate chlorine gas and sodium ions from salt contained in concentrated water by receiving the concentrated water from the seawater desalination process unit during the charging process, and generate an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution by receiving produced water from the produced water storage tank during the discharging process, and then performing a chemical reaction between the produced water and the sodium ions. The chlorine gas is supplied from the seawater battery unit to the produced water storage tank to disinfect the produced water, and the aqueous sodium hydroxide solution is supplied from the seawater battery unit to the seawater desalination process unit to adjust pH of the influent before and after the reverse osmosis process.
