The present invention relates to a customized antibiotic classification method for pets. More particularly, the present invention includes the steps of: obtaining a specimen from a specific animal, followed by isolating and culturing; determining the sensitivity to a first antibiotic; determining the sensitivity to antibiotic combination based on the sensitivity in the previous step; and classifying the sensitivity result for the combination into any one of partial tolerance, half sensitivity, and sensitivity.
